Safaricom Home Fibre is now available within major towns across the country. You can confirm whether the service is available in your area by checking for your estate in the USSD menu or by calling Safaricom Home customer care.
On the other hand, if you’re already connected to the service you may wish to contact them in order to manage your account.
You can contact the customer care through any of the following means:
1. By Calling
Option 1: If You’re Already Connected
Call 400 with the Safaricom line that you pay with for the service.
Option 2: If Not Yet Connected
- Dial *400# with your Safaricom line and from the menu reply with the option regarding your query.
2. Depending on the nature of your query and which option you selected from the menu, you may get a USSD reply informing that you’ll be contacted by a Safaricom Home representative within 24 hours.
3. After a few minutes (or more) you’ll be called by an agent from the number 0722 000000.
a. Via Chat
You can chat with a customer care representative on matters Safaricom Home Fibre. Just go to the Safaricom Home page and in the menu click to open the Chat With Us link.
Doing that will open a pop-up window where you can begin a chat after providing your Names, Phone Number, Email (optional) and Question(s).
